The Cataclysm sunk the farming town of Paws into a swamp. Now it is the place of exile for all those whom the folk of Britain deem unfitted for life in their town.

The Troll Bridge
Guarded by a terrible Troll charging a 10 gold fee for passage, this is
the only direct land route between Paws and Britain. Fortunately the troll
is stupid, and can easily be passed simply by asking him to count to 10.
The Troll has a valve intended to repair the Paws windmill in his cave
just to the north of the bridge.

Peg Leg Joe's Place
This is the least ruined house in Paws. It is here that Peg Leg Joe, a
former adventurer and staff trainer may sometimes be found.

The Healer
Haylee the Healer will aid those in need. She can also provide information
about those who need her services.

The Windmill
This is the pump which brings up fresh clean water from below the polluted
swamp. Unfortunately as Bella can tell you the valve is broken, and the
water provided is contaminated. Unbeknownst to her, the Troll has managed
to get hold of the replacement that was sent from Britain.

The Goblin Stronghold
As is their way, the Goblins have chosen to assault the helpless folk
of Paws rather than pick on something that might be able to fight back.
This building is where they hole up between raids.

The Gazebo
This remnant of better days is noteworthy only for the ruby in the fountain
in the center of the building.

The Body of a Friend
Here hang the mortal remains of Smith the Talking Horse.
